Enöglaskolan is a multicultural F-9 school with approximately 550 students – a school where safety, quality, and professional development are in focus.

In January, we will move into the newly built Lillsidanskolan, a modern and purpose-built school that gives us even better opportunities to meet students' needs and create stimulating learning environments.

The school is led by a principal, two assistant principals, and team leaders from four working groups (F-3, 4–6, 7-9, and leisure). Together, we ensure stability, close leadership, and a clear focus on quality.

We have a fully staffed student health team with a school psychologist, counselor, school nurses, special teachers, and special educators. The student health team works closely with the working groups and is an important part of the school's development work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help develop teaching in a school that works with a holistic perspective on student learning? At Enöglaskolan, we see the student's entire day as a cohesive whole where safety, structure, variation, and creativity create good conditions for development. We are now looking for a committed and certified teacher for grade F3 who wants to be part of this work.

Your Responsibilities

At Enöglaskolan, we work with a holistic perspective where the entire school day of the student is interconnected. As a teacher in F3, you will plan, implement, document, and follow up on teaching based on the Education Act and Lgr22, always aiming to create a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment for each student.

The teaching is characterized by variation, creativity, and active learning. This means that you use different methods, approaches, and forms of expression to spark curiosity and make learning enjoyable and meaningful. Students are encouraged to participate, explore, and work practically, while the teaching is clearly structured and adapted to their needs.

As a class teacher/mentor, you are responsible for your own student group and work closely with your colleagues in the grade. You teach several subjects and together with the team create an inclusive learning environment where all students feel safe, seen, and supported.

Since many of our students are multilingual, we welcome applicants who have qualifications or experience in teaching Swedish as a second language. The language and knowledge-developing approach (SKUA) is an integral part of our teaching and permeates how we build meaningful and engaging learning situations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications in F3. It is advantageous if you also have experience or qualifications in teaching Swedish as a second language, as many of our students are multilingual.

You are a confident and clear educator who adapts teaching to the diverse needs of students and builds good relationships with both students and colleagues. You communicate constructively, collaborate well, and contribute to a positive work climate. You work purposefully, take initiative, and maintain focus even when circumstances change.
