Your Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of driving our continued development journey within the after-school program at Futurum? We are now looking for a licensed teacher in after-school programs who wants to both manage and further develop our after-school programs together with engaged colleagues.

As a teacher with us, you will be an important part of a team that creates a meaningful and educational leisure time for our students, where safety, inclusion, and student development are at the center.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relational approach and builds trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.
• Is well-versed in the governing documents and mission of the after-school program.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates teaching together with the team.
• Actively contributes to developing the after-school program's activities and learning environments.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed teacher in after-school programs and who thrives in a structured and clear leadership role. You have a strong ability to create good and trusting relationships with students and communicate confidently and professionally with guardians, both verbally and in writing. Your view of students is characterized by the belief that all students do their best, and you adapt teaching based on each student's needs. You are well acquainted with the governing documents of the after-school program and work in a conscious, inclusive, and student-centered manner. We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed teacher in after-school programs.
• Has positive expectations of students and colleagues.
• Has a relational approach.
• Has good collaboration skills.
• Can organize and see the whole picture throughout the school day.
• Is solution-oriented and flexible.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

In schools and preschools, all individuals offered jobs, assignments, or internships must present a criminal record extract.

A six-month probationary period may be applied.
