JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will teach wood and metal craft in grades 4-6. As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of the teaching in the groups you teach.
The position is combined with working in the school's after-school activities in the afternoons. You are responsible for ensuring that students participate in a variety of activities with different methods, forms of expression, and learning environments. Together with colleagues, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the after-school activities in a goal-oriented and structured manner. The after-school program will be launched at the school as it has not existed before and will take place in the afternoons starting from the autumn term.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is educated in craft and is a certified teacher in after-school care or a leisure leader. You have good knowledge of the curriculum and other governing documents and work purposefully to improve the quality of after-school activities.
You are creative, engaged, and have an easy time inspiring both colleagues and students. You are flexible and want to find solutions for the best of the organization. As a person, you are secure and clear, and you are skilled at building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You communicate clearly and motivate students to develop and acquire new knowledge. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
