Description

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to the development of the Work and Support Sector in Ljusdal and who wants to work with us to make a difference for children, their parents, and other adults in the municipality of Ljusdal.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a structured and self-driven administrator focused on working with applications and following up on state grants. The position is a fixed-term project employment expected to last until 2026.

As an administrator, your responsibilities will include monitoring current grants, coordinating documentation, writing applications, and following up on reporting and deadlines in collaboration with the operations. As an administrator, you will be part of a workgroup tasked with providing administrative support to management and social workers.

Qualifications

A high school diploma is required. You have good skills in the Office suite (such as Word and Excel) and previous experience in administrative tasks. An important part of the job is to apply for state grants, which requires you to have an excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing and to fully master the Swedish language. You are someone who easily functions in various group contexts and can collaborate well with others.

Experience in administrative tasks within the public sector or experience in applying for state grants is an advantage.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

The role requires a B driver's license.

Selection and interviews may take place during the application period. Possibility of remote work. The Labor Market and Social Committee has decided to implement a 7-hour workday with maintained salary within IFO to increase daily rest and reduce stress.
