Chief Secretary at the Cardiology Department

The cardiology department provides advanced and comprehensive cardiac care within inpatient care, outpatient clinics, HIA, and interventional cardiology. We are now looking for a chief secretary who will provide close and collaborative support to the management within cardiology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a chief secretary with us, you have a central and important role. You contribute to structure, continuity, and a calm working environment in the organization and are a close support to managers and employees. The role involves responsibility, variation, and the opportunity to influence how work methods and routines develop over time. You will be an administrative support to unit managers and/or the medical chief within cardiology.

As a chief secretary with us, you will work with:

• staff planning, scheduling, and daily short-term staffing (with support from the manager)
• administration within HR, such as hiring and termination matters, scheduling, and sick and health registration
• administration in various IT systems, such as statistics, invoice review, handling and accounting, as well as internal and external billing
• the journal system Cosmic, to some extent
• minutes at internal meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and confident in an independent administrative role. You thrive with responsibility, have good collaborative skills, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and contribute to a positive and professional work environment. To succeed in the role, you should have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and create structure in everyday life.

In the role of chief secretary, you should:

• have a high school education
• have experience in administrative work
• have good computer skills and find it easy to work in various IT systems
• be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written (at least C1 level).

For this position, it is advantageous if you have a high school education with an administrative focus or in healthcare and social care. It is also advantageous if you have experience with the systems Cosmic, Personec, Agresso, Proceedo, Platina, Stratsys, and/or Cyklop.
