About the Role

As a payroll specialist with us, you will have overall responsibility for payroll management for one or more clients. You are an important part of the delivery and work both operationally and advisory. The role suits you who are confident in the payroll process and enjoy a consultative role with customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Independently work with payroll management in Flex Applications
• Be responsible for the entire payroll process within outsourcing assignments
• Ensure correct salaries according to laws, collective agreements, and contracts
• Manage absences, retroactive salaries, pensions, and benefits
• Act as the contact person for the client in payroll matters
• Contribute to quality assurance and improvement of processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in payroll work
• Has practical experience with Flex Applications (required)
• Has good knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements
• Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Enjoys a consultative role with customer dialogue

Meritorious

• Experience in payroll outsourcing
• Experience working as a payroll consultant
• Experience in system management or implementation of Flex Applications
