In the role of coordinator, you will be the face of one of the company's specialist areas. You will belong to an engaged team where you are responsible for ensuring a smooth flow between customer, production, and logistics. This is a broad role for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks and is motivated by providing first-class service to both internal and external stakeholders.

The assignment is a consulting position through Randstad with immediate start, as we need to replace an employee as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Your days will be varied and include both operational and administrative work, such as:

• Order & Planning: Receive orders and plan sales, rentals, and repairs
• Logistics & Shipping: Responsible for shipments, export documentation, and transport follow-up
• Customer Contact: Handle price inquiries and respond to general questions about the product range
• Warehouse & Forecast: Follow up on inventory levels, manage forecasts, and control equipment
• Financial Administration: Invoicing, payment follow-up, and reporting to facility registers

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and has a good ability to prioritize in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

We see that you have:

• At least a high school education in finance or logistics
• 1–2 years of experience in similar work within order management, shipping, or customer service
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and experience working in ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a person, you have a strong sense of service and enjoy building relationships. You are detail-oriented while also understanding the bigger picture of the logistics chain.
