We are looking for someone who speaks fluent Danish and wants to be part of our dedicated customer service team, either on-site in Gävle or remotely!

At BGA Group, we are growing and are now looking for a Danish customer service representative to join our team. With us, you will work with a dedicated group, modern tools, and customers across the Nordic region. Our goal is to always deliver fast, personal, and professional service – with a smile!

About the role

• You will handle customer inquiries primarily in Danish, but sometimes also in English or Swedish.
• Your main channels will be email and chat, but phone contact may also occur.
• You will assist customers with everything from product selection and orders to complaints and delivery questions.
• You will work closely with colleagues in a high-energy team, where we help each other and learn from one another.

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks and writes fluent Danish.
• Is solution-oriented, positive, and enjoys helping people.
• Is meticulous and efficient – without losing the personal touch.
• Has a sense for sales and wants to find smart solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
• Has previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required).

The position is primarily a remote role, which means you can work from home regardless of where you live in Sweden. For those who prefer to work from the office, there is also the option to work from our headquarters in Gävle or our office in Vemdalen.

Scope:

The position is a part-time role of approximately 40–60%, with some flexibility depending on availability and the needs of the business.
