We are now looking for an Account Manager based in Gävle, Borlänge, or Falun and surrounding areas to be responsible for the Gävleborg/Dalarna district and build business in a district with great potential.

What you will do
In this role, you will be an important part of our wonderful sales team, and you will have the chance to develop in a creative and supportive environment where we dare to try and change to constantly improve ourselves. To succeed in this role, it is crucial that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong drive to maintain a high activity level in your work. You will have dedicated colleagues and support functions to help you focus your time where you deliver the most value – with the customers!
Even though our sales arena is digital, the personal meeting with our selling customers is the heart of our business. You will actively seek and create new business opportunities in your region. The role involves both processing new customers and long-term developing existing businesses – with the goal of building a stable portfolio over time. The position entails regular travel within the district and sometimes also elsewhere in Sweden. You will work from your home office and initially report to the CEO, until the sales manager returns to an operational role.
About you
We are looking for someone with sales experience who enjoys breaking new ground. You are positive, driven, and curious, see opportunities in change, and thrive in a professional environment with a high degree of responsibility and independence. You adapt to different situations and maintain good communication in both Swedish and English, paying attention to details without losing sight of the big picture. If your surroundings were to describe you, they would likely say you are solution-oriented, professional, attentive, and easy to work with.
In the role of Account Manager, the ability to balance expectations from multiple parties, both selling and buying customers – to mediate and close deals so that both parties are satisfied – is also required. If you recognize yourself in this description, we are well on our way.
Requirements: - Previous experience in new customer acquisition with good results. - High activity level and drive. - Driving license B. - Good digital competence (CRM, AI as support in sales, etc.).
It is a plus if you have a background in roles where you have combined sales and advisory work towards two parties. If you also have experience working in the industrial or construction sector, or from the auction and reuse industry, that is an extra strength.
