SwedPaper manufactures and sells white sack and kraft paper to the packaging industry and is today one of the larger European manufacturers in this segment. The company has an established business with extensive experience and long-standing, good customer relationships. SwedPaper's products and service enjoy a very good reputation on the global packaging market, and the operations are conducted within a modern IT structure with short decision-making paths.

Your Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of a company where customer service is at the heart of the operations, and where you simultaneously get the opportunity to grow together with motivated colleagues? SwedPaper is now looking for an engaged Customer Service Representative who thrives on meeting people, values high-class service, and has the ability to create and maintain good customer relationships.

You will become a key person in the contact with our customers and be responsible for the entire process from order to delivery. This includes order registration, delivery planning, invoicing, and daily support via email and phone. You will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and deliveries, and maintain close contact with production planners, warehouse staff, and forwarders. The work is during daytime hours and is based at SwedPaper's office in Gävle.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who thrive in meetings with people and have a natural focus on service. You have experience from customer-facing work, or from roles where you were a key part of building trust and creating secure relationships. You work solution-oriented and have a natural drive to find effective solutions for the customer. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a good ability to structure and prioritize your work, even when the pace is high. As a person, you are positive, curious, and flat-structured, and you are comfortable working both independently and in teams.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as confidence in working with various computer systems, preferably Office 365. Knowledge of German is an advantage. A valid driver's license (Category B) is a requirement for the role.

The employment is through Clockwork, as a consultant at SwedPaper. The assignment starts in September and runs until the turn of the year.
