As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure customers feel welcome, comfortable, and find the right products and solutions during their visit. With engagement, personal responsibility, and initiative, you and your colleagues elevate the shopping experience at Clas Ohlson. You proactively engage with customers, create positive interactions, answer questions, and share information about our products. Your role also includes working at the cash register and managing inventory processes, such as restocking.

This is a part-time fixed-term position of approximately 10 hours per week, with the possibility to work more if desired. Start date is by agreement, with potential for extension after the summer. Please note that Clas Ohlson always applies a 6-month probation period for permanent positions.

In this role, you will:

• Be available and proactively engage with customers, always striving to provide world-class customer service.
• Maintain a mindset of making every customer happy, regardless of the situation, while adhering to established guidelines.
• Participate in all store tasks and follow established routines and working methods.
• Contribute to developing the customer experience, store routines, and job duties.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees and colleagues.
• Help maintain cleanliness and order in sales areas, backrooms, and offices.

Who are we looking for?

• Completed upper secondary education; additional education in Sales and Service (formerly Trade and Administration) or comparable education is an advantage.
• Work experience in service roles and/or within our product categories is an advantage.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You must be at least 18 years old to work with us.
