Wikan Personal Hälsingland AB is looking for a Consultant Manager for the Hudiksvall area. Our offices are operated based on the local conditions of each location, either by independent entrepreneurs who are co-owners of the local business, or by engaged site managers, who together with their employees develop the local business. The group currently has 9 operational companies. The payroll and finance function is handled by the office in Kristianstad, but otherwise, we try to maintain as decentralized an organization as possible. Wikan Personal follows the local market, which means that the various offices focus on the locally strong industries. We place great emphasis on our staff, their well-being, and development. The doors to the first two Wikan offices opened in May 2011 and were located in Kristianstad and Tomelilla. The business expanded rapidly, and with good references and customer relationships, we are now also present in Skellefteå, Lund, Bollnäs, Alfta, Ljusdal, Söderhamn, Stockholm, Eksjö, Vetlanda, Eslöv, Karlskrona, Kalmar, Trelleborg, and Hässleholm.

Your Responsibilities

Together with colleagues in the group, you will build a new staffing and recruitment office in Hudiksvall. As a Consultant Manager, you will have a broad area of responsibility with many varied tasks. You will work closely with your colleagues on tasks such as customer outreach, recruitment, staffing, requirement profiling, personnel responsibility, and more. You will be responsible for the local operations in Hudiksvall.

Your Background/Your Qualities

The position requires a high level of understanding of our customers' operations and needs. You should have a strong drive to create lasting relationships between companies and individuals. We see this role as your next step in your career, and you should be able to demonstrate several years of successful sales experience in B2B. We believe the right candidate has worked in the staffing and recruitment industry and has experience in what it means to lead a business. We hope you have a good financial understanding and a strong business drive. Most importantly, however, is the ability to combine personnel management, including sales, with the execution of your own assignments. This means that you must be prepared to handle all parts of the assignment yourself: sales - analyzing needs - searching for/finding candidates - interviewing - presenting - following up, etc. Wikan Personal has extensive experience in starting new offices in new locations, and with the right person, there are all the prerequisites for a successful establishment in Hudiksvall.
