Business Developer for the Development Unit

The Development Unit is part of the shared resources of health and medical care (HSR) and supports operations within health and medical care in matters related to business development, production, patient safety, health informatics, and hygiene. The unit consists of health informatics specialists, production and lean coordinators, coding coordinators, cancer coordinators, and business developers, providing tools, knowledge, and methods to strengthen quality and improvement efforts. The mission of the business developers is to provide qualified support in various development projects, and the work is carried out on behalf of primarily health and medical care management, with tasks that may vary over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer with us, you will play a central role in contributing to even better care for patients and a more efficient operation. You will work closely with colleagues and managers in health and medical care, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the development of working methods and structures that enhance the quality of care. The role involves both independent responsibility and teamwork, where you can influence and drive change at multiple levels.

Main Responsibilities

• initiate, lead, and participate in assignments, investigations, and development initiatives
• drive change and development assignments
• take primary responsibility for various assignments as a business developer
• collaborate with employees and managers at different levels within health and medical care as well as within the Region.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and independently drives assignments and projects forward. You have the ability to handle changes and adapt to new conditions in a solution-oriented manner. You are self-sufficient, structured, and meticulous, with the ability to plan and organize work for high quality. The role involves many contact points, and we see it as a given that you have a trustworthy demeanor, build good relationships, and collaborate effectively to achieve common goals. To be successful in the role, you see the bigger picture and take into account the broader perspective.

In the role of business developer, you should have

• completed academic studies
• extensive professional experience that the employer deems relevant
• extensive investigative experience at the state/regional level
• experience working with environmental analysis.
• experience collaborating in organizations, with internal and external actors.
• experience in preparing decision-making materials and preparation within a politically governed organization.
• experience handling large amounts of information.
• very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience participating in or leading change and business development in the public sector.
