About the role

As an accountant/accounting assistant, you will be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and financial administration for our properties and companies. You will work closely with the CEO and other colleagues in management. The role is 50–75% of full-time, with the scope adjusted in dialogue with you. There is also the possibility to work partially remotely, with a combination of office days and remote work depending on the tasks.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and posting
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciliations and monthly closings
• Handling of rent invoicing and payments
• Administration of property-related costs and revenues
• Support in annual closing and reporting
• Other financial and administrative tasks within the department

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Documented experience in bookkeeping
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Good computer skills and confidence in administrative systems
• Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to drive your work independently

Meritorious:

• Experience in the real estate industry
• Experience in rent administration or property management
• Experience with Visma eEkonomi
