Lantmäteriet is looking for a Business Analyst in Information Security

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Geodata business area at Lantmäteriet is strengthening its focus on information security and is looking for a business analyst with a focus on information security and protection. The responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and classifying geodata (information in text and image) based on current threat scenarios
• Conducting analyses of aggregated information
• Having a comprehensive view of Lantmäteriet's information and making assessments based on the whole
• Understanding the balance between utility and security and being able to use that to recommend decisions
• Providing support to the organization in information security work from an information perspective

The majority of the work needs to be conducted at the office in Gävle as sensitive information is handled.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, law, IT, information management, or political science. Experience in structured information analysis and analysis methods for information in text and image is an advantage.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. To succeed in this role, we see that you need to be analytical and able to see connections between complex information. You also need to be structured in how you handle information and collaborative with the ability to make well-considered decisions. A high problem-solving ability and the capacity to see multiple possible solutions to problems are desirable.

The position is security classified, which means you must be a Swedish citizen and that a security review with a background check and security interview will be conducted before employment.
