HR Consultant with a focus on e-learning production and digital learning
The Leadership and Employee Development Department works with a regional mission within competence development, learning, and support for managers and operations within Region Gävleborg. The department is responsible for developing and making available training that is used by many employees and contributes to quality, security, and development in the region's operations. Digital training and e-learning are an important part of this work.
We are now looking for a colleague who wants to work practically and operationally to produce and develop e-learning courses and provide qualified support to operations and internal trainers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The position as an HR consultant with a focus on e-learning production and digital learning involves an operational specialist role. Your main task is to work with e-learning in the entire chain, from idea to finished and published training. You are also responsible for managing the training afterwards. The assignment includes being a support and assistance function in matters related to e-learning, digital learning environments, and training production. You contribute as a pedagogical and technical support in larger training initiatives where digital tools and blended learning are used. The work involves often driving several parallel training productions and collaborating closely with operations, subject matter experts, and colleagues. You will be part of a team of 6 people and report to the department manager. Travel within the county may occur in the position.
In this role, you will among other things:
- produce e-learning courses from planning and script writing to finished product
- work practically in LMS and digital authoring tools
- support, guide, and educate
- develop, improve, and quality assure methodology, pedagogy, and working methods
- monitor new tools, ideas, and techniques in e-learning and digital learning and translate them into practical use.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, takes initiative, and drives work forward with energy and responsibility. You thrive in an operational working style but also have the ability to lift your gaze and see the whole from a strategic perspective. You adapt your communication according to the recipient and situation and find it easy to adjust when circumstances change.
To succeed in this role, the following is required:
- post-secondary education in pedagogy, media production, informatics, or similar. Alternatively, work experience in the field that the employer assesses as equivalent
- experience in producing and developing e-learning or other digital educational materials
- experience in adapting learning for different target groups
- experience in driving entire production processes.
In this recruitment, we will use psychological tests as part of the selection and overall assessment.
