About the position

Perido is now seeking an administrator for our client, an authority located in Gävle. The assignment is full-time and performed on-site, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

You will belong to the administrative unit where tasks are varied and shared between administration and financial administration, with elements of reception work. The role involves approximately half administrative tasks and half work related to finance, such as support in financial administrative flows. In addition, you will staff the reception, where you welcome visitors and assist them in a service-oriented and professional manner. You will be part of a smaller team of three people and work closely with a colleague in the same role, which provides good opportunities for collaboration and support in daily work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for 6 months. Immediate start.
