Lantmäteriet is looking for a colleague for the Valuation team
Lantmäteriet is the authority that maps Sweden. Our tasks also include registering and securing ownership of all properties and managing their boundaries. We are now looking for someone with a strong commitment to society.
In Sweden, there are 3.4 million registered properties. With us, you can help secure the ownership of Sweden's properties by ensuring that the information in the property register is correct. You can also contribute service to our customers and provide information in a legally secure manner. Your work lays the foundation for a functioning credit and property market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Mortgage and Valuation is a support and specialist function within Property Registration consisting of two teams. We are now looking for a colleague for the Valuation team.
The team consists of eight colleagues and primarily works on behalf of the Swedish Tax Agency to prepare documentation for property taxation but also to provide support in valuation issues.
The position involves working with development and support, primarily with simplified property taxation in 2028 for rental housing units. The tasks also include leading sub-projects, performing analyses and investigations, participating in training initiatives within property economics and property valuation. Work within service exports, including the development of methods for market valuation of properties, may also be relevant.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a university degree in surveying, property economics, forestry, or another equivalent academic education. Good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express oneself well in speech and writing are required for the position.
It is advantageous if you have worked with or have knowledge of mass valuation as well as experience in statistical analysis.
The role also requires a high analytical ability and an interest in the property market. You need to be proactive, self-assured, and have experience working independently as well as collaborating with other stakeholders. You should have good collaboration skills and a desire to drive development projects. Personal suitability will be given great importance.
OTHER
Lantmäteriet is in constant development, as are all of us who work here. Our employees are our most important resource for succeeding in our mission. We work based on developing employee engagement and act according to the state value framework.
As an employee at Lantmäteriet, you should be able to balance work and leisure and have a good balance in life. When the business allows, you have the opportunity to perform your tasks largely from a location other than the office. Read more about our offerings at lm.se/jobbahososs
