Description
Do you want to drive and develop quality work within an entire sector? We are now looking for a Socially Responsible Coordinator (SAS) for the Welfare Sector.
About the assignment
As SAS, you will be part of the Welfare Sector's team for quality development. You will collaborate closely with the sector's operations in Elderly Care, Support and Care, Home Healthcare, and Rehabilitation, as well as the authority unit. Together, SAS, MAS, and MAR form central and driving functions in the sector's quality work.
The position of SAS is newly established. This means that you will have good opportunities to, together with other key functions, build structures and working methods that strengthen and develop quality throughout the sector. The sector is also undergoing reorganization, which means that the assignment may evolve over time within the framework of the position.
Job Responsibilities
As SAS, you are responsible for ensuring that the sector's systematic quality work is conducted in accordance with the management system for systematic quality work (SOSFS 2011:9) and the Social Services Act (2025:400).
The assignment includes:
- developing, following up, and quality assuring processes
- monitoring legislation and changes in the environment
- being primarily responsible for deviation management and Lex Sarah
- providing support and training to managers and employees
- coordinating and ensuring that routines and guidelines are current
- driving change and development work together with operational managers
- coordinating and reporting quality-assured statistics
- leading and coordinating the sector's work with the implementation and compliance of the new Social Services Act
You have a clear and pedagogical role and actively contribute to structure, consensus, and improvement.
Qualifications

- has experience in quality and development work, preferably within the field of social services.

Requirements
- Relevant university degree. A degree in social work is an advantage. Other relevant higher education combined with experience in the field may be considered equivalent.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Driver's license (B).
- Relevant work experience.
