About the Role

Sello is now looking for an Office and Culture Manager who wants to be the hub of their culture, work environment, and daily collaboration. The role combines strategic people and culture work with operational responsibility for the office, employee well-being, and employee experience.

Your main responsibilities:

As an Office and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for both the daily operations of the office and the development of culture and employee experience. The role is broad and suits you who enjoy switching between operational and strategic work.

Office & work environment

  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly in daily operations: purchasing, suppliers, premises, and practical needs
  • Create an inspiring, organized, and pleasant office environment
  • Work on improvements to the physical and digital work environment

Culture & employee experience

  • Create and drive culture-building activities: team events, kickoffs, internal initiatives
  • Ensure that the values are alive in everyday life
  • Capture signals from the organization and translate them into improvements
  • Be an important part of onboarding and the employee journey

Collaboration & leadership support

  • Be a sounding board for managers on issues related to team development, communication, and work environment
  • Support employees in everyday matters and create a safe and accessible work environment.

Processes & structure

  • Develop and manage processes: onboarding, offboarding, policies, documentation
  • Ensure that the company complies with laws and regulations regarding the work environment
  • Drive internal projects related to culture, change, and organizational development

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within office management, HR, culture, administration, or service.
  • Good organizational skills and accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to drive projects from idea to implementation
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

  • Experience from fast-growing companies or tech/startup environments.
  • Experience in employer branding or internal communication initiatives.
  • Experience in planning events and creating team activities.
