To strengthen our development capacity in the finance area and continue improving our country packages, we are now looking for a Business Analyst to join Team Finance. In this role, you will work closely with both the business operations and the development team, playing a key role in shaping the future of Monitor's financial functionality.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will become part of Monitor's development department, based at our headquarters in Hudiksvall. You will work in an innovative environment alongside colleagues to drive the development of Monitor ERP forward.

In Team Finance, you will collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders. You will capture, analyze, and concretize requirements related to finance and country package functionality, and take responsibility for steering what should be developed and how requirements from both customers and internal stakeholders are met.

The team is responsible for Monitor ERP's financial functionality, including invoicing, accounts receivable management, accounting, and reporting, as well as functionality related to our various country packages.

The work involves gathering facts, analyzing requests, conducting risk analyses, and producing clear requirements, user stories, and specifications. Together with the product owner, you will prioritize ideas and needs in the team's backlog. You will maintain and further develop existing functionality and serve as an expert within the team's areas of responsibility.

This role is central to creating effective solutions and influencing the future development of Monitor's financial functionality.

About the Team

You will join Team Finance – a well-functioning and family-like team responsible for the finance module in Monitor ERP. The team consists of 20 employees in Sweden and Poland, with roles including business analyst, developers, testers, and team lead.

We work agilely with daily stand-ups and five-week sprints, where each sprint concludes with a new version of Monitor ERP delivered to our customers. Since several colleagues are based in Poland, some communication takes place in English.

• You have solid financial knowledge, for example in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial flows, which makes it easy for you to understand and analyze finance-related business needs.
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
