About the role

As a customer service representative, you are the face of DHL Express and the one who creates a positive experience for our customers. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding bookings, price inquiries, tracking shipments, and much more on a daily basis.

Time period

We are looking for several employees for temporary positions during the summer, at a 100% employment rate. Introduction will take place in April, and you can work most of the summer. To receive the best help and support from your colleagues during the summer period, you will work full-time from the DHL Express office in Ljusdal.

We are looking for you who have:

· Completed high school education

· Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· Good computer skills

· Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not a requirement
