Nordic Heating is a family-owned company that sells stoves, chimneys, and accessories. Our goal is to be a leading player in spreading the warmth and magic of fire in Swedish homes. In this way, we contribute to strengthening Swedish civil society and providing individuals with security and improved quality of life. We are now looking for a driven and engaged marketing assistant who wants to help us take the next step and grow with us.

About the role

This is a varied role where you can grow and develop. The role suits you who takes initiative, is meticulous, and enjoys flexibility while juggling multiple tasks. You will work closely with our CEO as well as the rest of the office team. You will gain good insight into our operations and experience working with both private customers and retailers.

Examples of tasks:

• Update and develop our e-commerce

• Photograph products and edit product images

• Create videos for social media and web

• Create and send newsletters and delivery time lists

• Manage and develop our social media accounts

• Participate in the design of graphic material

• Receive certain types of orders and monitor order flows

• Assist the CEO and other staff with various administrative tasks

Who are you?

We are looking for a structured and proactive person with an interest in marketing and communication. You thrive in a role where you can work both creatively and administratively, and you have the ability to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously.

You are used to working independently but also appreciate collaborating with others. As a person, you are meticulous and place great importance on customer benefit and service. You have good communication skills and feel comfortable formulating texts and adapting messages for different channels.

We are looking for someone who;

• has relevant education for the role.

• has experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.

• has experience in basic content production and various digital marketing tools.

• has good computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and working methods.

• preferably has experience working with AI or a desire to learn.

About Nordic Heating

Nordic Heating has sold stoves, chimneys, and accessories for over 20 years. We currently operate two physical stores – in Forsbacka and Falun – as well as our own webshop. In addition to selling to and installing for private individuals, we also sell to retailers, made possible by our own brands and general agencies for leading European manufacturers.

In addition to delivering good solutions to customers, we also want to make an impact in society. Therefore, we sponsor local sports clubs and donate to charitable causes such as those affected in Ukraine. Our goal is also to have healthy staff and enjoy each other's company both during and outside working hours.
