ABOUT THE POSITION
In Storvik, northwest of Sandviken, there is an important production and service facility within ABB's global network. Here, motor and generator services are conducted, offering advanced service, maintenance, and repairs of electric motors, generators, frequency converters, and drive systems for customers in industry and energy.
Our client ABB Motion Service is a global leader in motors and drive systems, driving the development towards a more productive and sustainable future. With a focus on performance, reliability, and energy efficiency, they ensure safe and lifecycle-optimized operations throughout Sweden.
In your role as an inside sales representative, you will be part of their sales team where you will collaborate with outside sales representatives, bid managers, and service personnel. You will have the primary responsibility for ABB's C/D customers by maintaining customer relationships and expanding the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
In your role as an inside sales representative at ABB, you will proactively work to manage and develop relationships with a dedicated customer base. Furthermore, you will identify business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical advice.
In this role, you will work with:
- Being the main contact for ABB's C/D customers via email, phone, and digital meetings
- Identifying and driving upselling of ABB's products and services
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Preparing quotes and ensuring order follow-up
- Collaborating closely with outside sales representatives for customer alignments
- Managing daily customer communication and documentation in the business system
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a technical interest
- Good communication skills and enjoys building relationships with customers
- Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office package
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and has basic knowledge of English as the tasks require it
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working with technical products or solutions
- Previous experience in service and customer contact where you have built relationships with customers
