Job DescriptionAs a salesperson, you will be a central part of the business and work with direct sales of fish and seafood to households in your district. You will work in teams of two.
The work is done through door-to-door sales to new customers with the goal of building long-term relationships and creating repeat business over time. You plan and structure your day independently, work towards clear goals, and receive daily follow-up and support from leaders and colleagues.
The position is active, social, and results-oriented, perfect for you who enjoy a fast pace and want to influence your own salary.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from approximately 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Job Responsibilities- Active door-to-door sales to new customers in your district
- Presenting and selling fish and seafood products directly to customers
- Building long-term relationships and creating repeat customers
- Planning and structuring your workday independently
- Working towards daily goals and budgets
- Documenting customer meetings and results in CRM
- Participating in daily sales meetings and training
You are a social and relationship-building person who enjoys meeting new people every day. You are confident in yourself, have high energy, and see every customer meeting as an opportunity. At the same time, you are goal-oriented and disciplined. You take responsibility for your results, do not give up in the face of setbacks, and are motivated to develop and improve over time. You enjoy freedom with responsibility and appreciate working in a team where you support and push each other. Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement; the right attitude weighs the most.
Requirements- Driver's license B for manual transmission
- Good Swedish spoken
- Independent and responsible
- High work ethic and strong self-drive
- Enjoys proactive sales and customer contact
- Available for work during the day and evenings Monday to Friday
- Experience in door-to-door sales or field sales
- Telemarketing or other proactive sales experience
- Experience working towards commission and clear goals
- Experience in customer-facing or service-oriented work
Location: Gävle
Start: By agreement
Scope: Full-time
Probationary period: 6 months
Salary level: Fixed salary combined with an attractive commission model
You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You will also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training on-site in Stockholm to develop even further as a salesperson.
