Erikshjälpen is a children's rights organization with a non-profit second-hand operation.
We work on about 100 projects in 16 countries and operate around 50 stores within Erikshjälpen Second Hand in Sweden, Norway, and online.
We work towards the vision of “A changed world where children's dreams come true.”
Our mission is to combat poverty and vulnerability by realizing children's rights worldwide.

Description
As a team leader, you are operational and lead the daily work in the store to achieve established surplus goals, social goals, and environmental goals.
Responsibilities
Examples of tasks:
- As part of the management team, participate in and lead daily work on the floor together with the store's employees.
- You act as a team leader for employees, volunteers, and individuals undergoing work trials, activities, or other employment through authorities.
- Together with the management team, you are responsible for sales and display of goods.
- Jointly responsible for the store during opening hours, will also have store responsibility on certain evenings and weekends.
- You report to the operations manager.
Qualifications
You have:
- relevant work experience in leadership.
- experience in retail work, preferably in the retail sector.
- an interest in aid and second-hand work.

It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience and/or knowledge and interest in marketing through social media.
- Experience working with people with special needs.
- Interest in clothing and fashion.
You are:
- confident in your leadership role and a relationship builder who is used to meeting people in different life situations and contexts.
- self-driven, responsible, and enjoy working goal-oriented and structured.
- open, pleasant, and have a representative manner with a high sense of service.
The employment is a temporary position during the parental leave of the regular team leader. Start date June 1, 2026, or by agreement - until April 30, 2027.
