Söderhamn Nära AB, with its subsidiary Söderhamn Elnät AB, is a municipal infrastructure company. We currently have around 125 employees and work in areas such as combined heat and power, waste management, electricity networks, city networks, IT operations, as well as water and sewage. The operations are run in a joint organization to create synergies and business benefits for owners, customers, and residents.

Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at Söderhamn Nära, you will guide customers regarding questions and matters related to products and services. You will work solution-oriented and collaborate with other departments to find the best solution for the customer.

Examples of job responsibilities:

  • Customer support via phone, email, and customer visits
  • Administrative matters such as invoice inquiries and customer cases
  • Handling of internal and external mail as well as record-keeping
  • Establishing and distributing customer cases in our case management system
  • Contributing to increased customer understanding of Söderhamn Nära and offering value-added services

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has completed upper secondary education
  • Has previous experience in customer service or other work with a clear service and customer focus
  • Is service-oriented, communicative, and flexible in different situations
  • Has good computer skills and masters basic programs such as the Office suite
  • Can express themselves well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious

  • Previous experience in sales and sales-oriented customer contacts
  • Work experience in the energy sector

Terms

  • Fixed-term assignment during 2026
  • Daytime work Monday-Friday
