Sussa collaboration is a customer group consisting of the regions of Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Sörmland, Örebro County, Blekinge, Norrbotten, Gävleborg, Dalarna, and Halland. These nine regions have jointly procured a new healthcare information support, a comprehensive solution that replaces many of the previous digital solutions that the regions have had.

The collaboration and management support is an administrative unit aimed at providing adequate administrative support in daily operations. Support is provided to the collaboration steering group and to ongoing collaboration areas, such as system management, programs, and projects. All nine Sussa regions have a similar agreement with the supplier that needs to be maintained and developed during the contract period, which is why contract management needs to be continuously upheld and developed over time.

We are looking for a contract manager for Sussa collaboration and management support, starting as agreed. The position is a fixed-term employment for 11 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of contract manager, you will manage contracts within Sussa collaboration. Your mission is to provide support to the various areas of Sussa collaboration at both strategic and operational levels, in matters concerning contracts and negotiations. The goal is to create stability and delivery reliability, as well as quality and cost-effectiveness in the contracts.

Your tasks include:

• Managing contract changes, addendums, and other agreements that may be made with suppliers.
• Participating in contract negotiations and maintaining ongoing dialogue with the supplier's contract manager.
• Participating in Sussa collaboration's network for contract issues and other suitable forums within Sussa collaboration.
• Contributing to the development of methods and processes for contract management within Sussa collaboration.
• Providing support to the entire Sussa collaboration, such as steering groups, management objects, and projects, as well as support to the regions' contract managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who performs their work independently and in a structured manner. The role involves a significant amount of collaboration and cooperation with colleagues and various stakeholders, which requires good collaborative skills and a professional demeanor. Furthermore, you have the ability to understand large and complex texts, as well as a strategic and long-term perspective.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a post-secondary education in a relevant field for the position, such as economics or law, or has acquired equivalent knowledge/experience that the employer deems appropriate.
• Has experience in contract monitoring.
• Has experience in contract interpretation and business-related negotiation.
• Has experience working with the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form and is comfortable speaking in front of different groups.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, specifically Excel.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have a degree in contract law.
• Have experience in change management.
• Have experience in development work and implementation of new initiatives or working methods.
