We are now looking for an IT Buyer for a parental leave cover of approximately 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The role suits you who thrive in a structured and administrative role, have good system understanding, and want to work closely with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. We place great importance on finding the right person with the right interest.

Location: Sandviken or Stockholm

Your Role

As an IT Buyer, you have a broad, collaborative role where you become a key player in the intersection of IT, finance, and operations. The role currently has a clear administrative weight but also offers great opportunities to contribute to development and improvement. Your main responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for administrative tasks related to IT purchases, focusing on quality, structure, and accuracy

• Actively work in and develop an understanding of internal purchasing systems
• 
  
• Maintain a close and professional dialogue with suppliers, including coordination, follow-up, and relationship building
• 
  
• Collaborate broadly with internal stakeholders within IT and operations to ensure effective purchases
• 
  
• Ensure structure, documentation, and compliance in purchasing processes and agreements
• 
  
• Support and drive improvements and change initiatives within IT purchasing and working methods
• 
  
• Function as an important link between systems, purchasing processes, and the needs of the business, contributing to increased transparency and efficiency

Your Profile

We place great importance on finding the right person with the right interest for the role. You are structured, curious, and willing to take your own initiatives. You enjoy asking questions, creating a holistic understanding, and taking responsibility for continuously developing and improving working methods and processes. You have experience in purchasing, preferably within IT, and possess good system understanding as well as experience working in various business and purchasing systems. You are comfortable in dialogue with both suppliers and internal stakeholders and thrive in a role with a lot of collaboration. Furthermore, you are used to working with documentation and have experience driving or contributing to process changes. You are simply a structured, proactive, and change-oriented person with education in areas such as purchasing, IT, finance, or IT finance. You have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
