Job Description:

We are now expanding our customer service team and are looking for two customer service representatives at 40% who want to help deliver world-class service – year-round.

As a customer service representative at Partyking, you are an important part of the customer journey. You assist our customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that every contact is characterized by solution focus, engagement, and a genuine service heart.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Handling customer inquiries regarding products and orders

• Returns, complaints, and delivery issues

• Administration related to customer inquiries

• Actively contributing to the improvement of routines and customer experience

The position is a permanent part-time position at 40%.

During our peak seasons (such as Halloween and Christmas), there is an opportunity to work a higher employment rate.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and who always strives to exceed customer expectations.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience in customer service

• Be comfortable working with phone and computer as tools

• Good administrative skills

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

As a person, you are:

• Solution-oriented and responsible

• Social and cooperative

• Structured even when the pace is high

• Positive and contributes to a good team spirit

Our customers are located throughout the Nordic region, which means you need to feel comfortable communicating professionally and clearly in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
