Do you want to grow in an international, expansive environment where customer relations, business acumen, and technical interest go hand in hand? As an After Sales Specialist at Cibes Lift International, you will work closely with our global distributors, drive the business forward, and build strong customer relationships - primarily in English and in Swedish when necessary.

About the role
You will play a central role in our after-sales business. You will start with a structured introduction in the Spare Parts department and work with order reception, customer dialogues, and administration in our systems. Once you are comfortable, you will take more initiative in business development - identifying upselling opportunities, improving processes, and contributing to selected projects with your team.
Your mission
* Sell spare parts and after-sales services to international distributors
* Provide professional customer service and build long-term relationships
* Work with campaigns and set budget goals
* Manage order flow, shipping, and invoicing in ERP/CRM and web-based portals
* Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Tech Support on a daily basis
* Participate in customer events and trade shows as needed and contribute to selected projects
* Contribute to standardized and efficient working methods within the team
About you
You are structured and service-oriented - a confident relationship builder who enjoys creating value for the customer. You work purposefully, prioritize smartly when the pace is high, and solve problems analytically. You communicate clearly and confidently and have a natural business drive that makes you take initiative when you see opportunities. You likely come from a role where you are used to combining customer contact, administration, and technology.
Qualifications
* High school education and good system proficiency (ERP/CRM is a plus)
* Very good knowledge of English and Swedish
* Experience in customer contact in business-related roles
* Technical interest and willingness to understand our lift solutions
* Ability to work systematically towards goals and deadlines
