Senior Sales Representative B2B - Securitas Direct, Gävle

Securitas Direct is now looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team in Gävle, focusing on the sale of alarm and camera solutions to business customers. About the position
As a sales representative at Securitas Direct, you will work with consultative B2B sales where security, quality, and long-term customer relationships are at the center. You are responsible for the entire sales process - from the first contact to closing the deal and follow-up.
You will sell alarm systems, camera solutions & access control systems to companies with high security requirements, representing a company that is a leader in the industry with an extremely strong reputation in the market.

Your responsibilities
- Actively target new business customers (B2B) within your district
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Conduct needs analyses and present tailored security solutions
- Work independently with support from an experienced team of salespeople and technicians
- Plan and structure your own workday in dialogue with your immediate manager
The district covers Gävleborg, with a local office in Gävle.

We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 2 years of documented sales experience, preferably in B2B or field sales
- Is business-driven, structured, and used to working towards clear goals
- Has an easy time building trust and developing long-term customer relationships
- Thrives with personal responsibility and wants to influence both results and development
- Has a professional and serious approach - security is our core business
- Has a valid driver's license and a clean criminal record
Experience in security solutions or technical sales is a plus, but not a requirement.
