About the Role

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a retail assistant for a full-time position in Gävle. This role is perfect for you who enjoy working with people, have a strong interest in customer service, and want to contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

You will become part of a dedicated team where collaboration, customer focus, and professional interaction are at the center. The role offers varied tasks in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

The tasks may vary, but include among other things:

• Provide customers with a friendly and professional welcome
• Assist customers with questions and product guidance
• Work with picking and restocking of goods
• Handle cash register and payments
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and inspiring
• Receive deliveries and perform simple warehouse tasks
• Contribute to achieving the store's sales and service goals together with the team
