We are now looking for a dedicated customer service representative for employment with us.

In the customer service role, you will assist customers with their inquiries. You will handle incoming calls from business and private customers and provide customer support via email. Administrative tasks such as order management and case handling are part of your daily routine. You will belong to a team of ten people in customer service, and the work is scheduled during daytime hours.

Gästrike återvinnare is a development-oriented organization with high competence in sustainable waste management. The role includes customer support via phone and email, case handling, order management, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service and the ability to meet people professionally, both over the phone and in writing. You are responsible and enjoy a role where you can work both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues in a team. The work involves contact with both customers and colleagues, so it is important that you have good communication skills, are social, proactive, and effective under pressure. As we are a municipal operation, it is important that you can understand legislation and regulations to meet our customers' needs in an educational manner.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a high school education, good computer skills, and be comfortable handling multiple systems simultaneously.

A few years of experience in customer service and experience with administrative tasks, preferably in case handling, and the ability to understand and solve problems are required.

A positive attitude, curiosity to learn new things, and always focusing on the customer's best interest are important. It is an advantage if you have good system knowledge in Lime or BFUS.

The employment form is a permanent position with a probationary period starting at the end of March/beginning of April.
