JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for employees for the review function within Lantmäteriet. The main task is confidentiality assessment and disclosure of public documents, as well as other related tasks concerning this handling. As a case officer in the review function, you will process incoming requests for access to public documents or to obtain information from Lantmäteriet's archives and case management system. Since such requests must be assessed based on confidentiality, it is part of the job to conduct a legally secure assessment according to applicable legal provisions. In some cases, you will also communicate directly with customers regarding clarifications related to assessment and disclosure.

The work location is Gävle. Depending on the nature of the tasks, the work will be performed on-site at the office.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with previous work experience in case management or investigation and an educational background with at least a high school diploma. You also have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have previous work experience in public administration and have experience with confidentiality assessments based on the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act and/or disclosure of public documents. It is also advantageous if you have a post-secondary education focused on administrative law, property law, or other legal fields relevant to the work.

The position is security classified, which means that a security check will be conducted before employment.

When filling this position, a probationary period will apply. Selection and interviews will take place continuously during the application period.
