Business Developers at the Swedish Tax Agency
Are you interested in working with business development? Do you have experience in driving large and small development initiatives in an agile development organization? We are now looking for two experienced business developers for the Swedish Tax Agency's Corporate Tax Division.
As a business developer in the development unit, you will have a varied job where you work with our digital transformation. The Swedish Tax Agency is in the middle of a major organizational shift in the area of corporate taxation, where you will have a central role and be involved in creating the necessary conditions. About the job
The development unit drives and leads business development from needs to achieved effects. The unit supports the division in development issues, continuous improvements, internal efficiency, and leads the digital transformation based on customer needs.
We are looking for an experienced business developer, accustomed to working with complex development issues in an agile context. All development within the Swedish Tax Agency is conducted agilely based on the SAFe framework.
You contribute to collaboration and innovation, creating conditions for active employee participation that leads to results, development, and a good work environment. You plan your work and drive development both independently and in collaboration with others. You work with a foundation that involves an agile approach, complete business development, customer involvement through service design, and change management perspectives, all to create a cohesive whole for our customers. You are curious and want to operate in a digital environment where technology, law, and architecture interact. You need to be comfortable challenging old truths in a constructive manner.
You have flexible working hours, and it is essential for us that you maintain a balance between work and leisure.
About you
To do a good job and thrive with us at the Swedish Tax Agency, you need to be attentive, think innovatively, and take responsibility. In this job, you should:
- have a good ability to work independently, plan, and lead development initiatives with or without IT development from a holistic perspective
- have experience leading others with a coaching approach and have experience with change management
- be communicative and able to express yourself clearly, simply, and pedagogically in speech and writing
- have good collaboration skills, the ability to cooperate with others, and build relationships and networks
- be comfortable facilitating meetings and workshops
- be flexible and able to handle challenges
You should also have:
- a university degree of at least 180 credits/120 ECTS in a relevant field for the position or relevant work experience in a qualified role within a relevant field
- several years of current and relevant experience in driving development and/or change management.
It is desirable that you have experience working with legally mandated development in a government agency and that you have a good understanding of how business and IT interact to best meet needs.
Good to know
You will be placed in one of the three sections of the Development Unit in the Corporate Tax Division. Possible placement locations are where the development unit operates. Currently, we are about 50 colleagues with a wide range of competencies, spread across 16 locations. Your manager and colleagues may be located in different parts of the country.
Location: unspecified work location. Possible placement locations: Falun, Gävle, Gothenburg, Jönköping, Karlstad, Ludvika, Nyköping, Skellefteå, Sundbyberg, Södertälje, Uppsala, Västervik, Växjö, Örebro, Östersund.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a hiring decision. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
