ABOUT THE POSITION

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you will work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in selling watches and jewelry, as well as performing simple repairs on watches, such as battery replacements and shortening watch bands. We operate at a fast pace with the customer in focus! A significant part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service and upselling.

With us, you will also work with:

Cash handling (sales, exchanges, returns).
Piercing in ears/nose (training will be provided when you start with us).
Merchandising, restocking items, and changing campaigns.
Inventory management.

The position is a permanent part-time role of 4 hours/week with a 6-month probationary period, starting 2026-04-01.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Previous work experience in retail
A complete high school education.
Additional language skills beyond Swedish.
