Do you want to get a foot in the staffing and recruitment industry while studying – and gain valuable experience in finding the right person for the right assignment?

We are now looking for a student, or someone with another main occupation (such as running your own business or elite sports), who wants to work extra as needed as a candidate responsible with us.

You will belong to our office in Gävle, but part of the work can be done remotely. The role is well-suited for those who want a flexible part-time job where you get to work with people, recruitment, and relationship building.

For us, recruitment is a central part of the business. Our consultants work out at some of Sweden's leading industrial companies – and it all starts with us finding the right people.

You may have some experience in recruitment, HR, service, or something else where meeting people has been central – but the most important thing is your interest in people.

You are confident, attentive, and good at making contact. At the same time, you are curious and willing to take initiative when needed. You thrive in conversations, enjoy asking questions, and have a sense of what makes people feel secure.

We also do not believe in the perfect CV here. We believe more in drive, curiosity, and the willingness to learn. If you have the right attitude and want to develop in the role, you will quickly get into the work.

As a candidate responsible, you are an important part of our recruitment processes. You work closely with our consulting managers and support in finding, contacting, and following up candidates.

Much of it is about dialogue – talking to people, understanding their background, and helping to create a good match between candidate and assignment.

In everyday life, this means, for example, that you:

• Support consulting managers in ongoing recruitment processes • Schedule and conduct simpler phone interviews • Maintain contact with candidates and follow up on applications • Administer in our recruitment systems • Assist with scheduling and time reporting • Contribute to ensuring candidates have a good experience in their contact with us
