Konsultia specializes in staffing and recruitment that drives Swedish industry forward.
In Gästrikland, we already have an established operation and a close collaboration with a larger client. We are now looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for continuing to develop the business in the area – both by ensuring a really good delivery in our existing assignments and by creating new collaborations with industrial companies in the region.
This is an operational role where you are close to both clients and consultants. You recruit, introduce, and follow up. You ensure that the assignments work in everyday life and that the relationships are secure and long-term. At the same time, you are an important person in building our presence in the area – by being out in businesses, creating contacts, and identifying new needs where we can contribute.
We do not believe in the perfect CV. We believe more in potential, drive, and responsibility. Perhaps you have worked in staffing, HR, industry, or in another role where you have been responsible for people, relationships, or business. The important thing is that you are comfortable in meeting others, structured in your work approach, and enjoy taking responsibility for the whole.
An important part of the role is also to be able to see what is not always obvious – to find the gems among candidates and understand what really creates value in collaboration with the client. Not everyone fits everywhere, but the right person in the right place makes a big difference.
How the role looksYou step into an existing business with a stable foundation. The focus is on developing Konsultia's presence in Gästrikland.
In everyday life, this means that you:
• Recruit consultants – advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks • Introduce, follow up, and support consultants in assignments • Ensure quality in delivery and a good working environment for the client • Have ongoing dialogue with existing clients regarding needs and development • Build relationships with new companies in the area and capture future staffing needs • Are out in the business and create trust with both consultants and clients
Practical conditions• Salary: 33,000–40,000 SEK/month, depending on experience
• Driver's license: B driver's license required
• Employment: Permanent employment with an initial probationary period
