Decision-Making and Quality Assurance
As a decision-maker, you will decide on compensation within the benefits of Sickness and Activity Compensation. Those who investigate individual cases within the relevant benefit will provide proposals for decisions that you will quality assure. The decisions have a significant impact on citizens' security and livelihood. Therefore, you ensure that the decision you make is legally secure and understandable for the insured. In your role, you contribute to providing individuals with the conditions to feel control and security in their contacts with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. Contact occurs via phone and in writing. As a decision-maker, you handle confidential information, which places higher demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.

You keep yourself updated on the current legal situation and collaborate with, in addition to those investigating individual cases, specialists and insurance medical advisors among others. You actively contribute to ensuring that investigators and local managers have the right competencies to meet citizens' needs.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• has worked at a government agency with qualified investigations and made decisions that have affected individuals.

• have good knowledge of how to professionally meet people in difficult life situations.
