A few words from your future manager:

"For me, HR is fundamentally about people. In this role, I am looking for someone who wants to be close to the business and has their heart in the right place and sees the person in the daily first.

You will work closely with me in the daily HR work, and I value an open dialogue where we learn from each other and develop together. There is room to ask questions, come up with ideas, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow into the role.

I believe in strong trust, clarity, and collaboration – and I hope to welcome a colleague who wants to contribute with commitment, care, and professionalism, and who, like me, believes that HR should make a real difference every day."
