Are you a structured and positive person who likes to take initiative at work? A person who enjoys working both independently and together with others in a manufacturing company with great opportunities? We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team, which currently consists of a CFO and five employees.
ABOUT THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in ongoing accounting
- Registration, coding, matching, and archiving of supplier invoices
- Book payments in the accounts receivable and reconcile cash accounts against bank statements
- Manage payment files
- Reconciliation work during month-end closing
ABOUT YOU
We are primarily looking for someone with an educational background in accounting from a university or vocational school, but you may also have acquired the knowledge in other ways.
We see that you are a curious and social person with good collaboration skills who enjoys helping others. To succeed in this role, you are organized, responsible, and meticulous in how you perform your tasks. You work in a structured manner with good planning skills while also having the ability to ramp up when needed. It is important to us that you have a strong sense of responsibility to deliver quality work on time.
