Are you a service-oriented problem solver? We are now looking for an internal service employee for an authority in Gävleborg for a 10-month consulting assignment at 75%.

About the assignment

We are looking for an Internal Service Employee for an authority in Gävleborg, the scope is 75%, 6-hour workday from 08:30 to 15:30. This is a consulting assignment that will last for 10 months starting no later than February 20.

Your tasks

The role includes collecting and distributing mail, unpacking materials and shipments, picking up and receiving goods and packages, assisting with moving and furnishing, preparing premises and equipment for meetings and conferences. Furthermore, you will be responsible for servicing, for example, copying machines, managing printing and dispatching of mass prints, as well as inventory management of reports or course materials. Conduct troubleshooting regarding properties, report and follow up on issues together with the property owner/property manager, control access and receive visitors and document actions. Reception work and ordering of office and cleaning materials as well as invoice management.

Your qualifications

• at least three (3) years of work experience as a service employee (or equivalent) within the public sector.

• driver's license class B.

• basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.

• basic knowledge of case management systems.

• ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• experience working with processing incoming cases.

Meritorious

• work experience as a service employee (or equivalent) from a government authority.
