Within Welfare Gävle, our workplace is located at Jägargatan 2. Here, about 80 employees and five unit managers work. We work in teams and sit in an open office landscape with access to several meeting rooms and conference rooms. The building has a café and a reception. All work is done on-site, and our clients come here as well. There are good bus connections and many beautiful bike paths.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Business Coach is a support function within Arbos that aims to contribute to the goal of making our clients self-sufficient through work.

Business Coaches work with matching assignments for Arbos clients and BEA employees in the private sector.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• having good knowledge of Arbos target group
• having good knowledge of the local business community's need for labor
• identifying any skills gaps between the needs of companies and Arbos clients as well as BEA employees
• inviting relevant employers to company information sessions, selection assignments, and being responsible for recruitment tasks
• collaborating broadly and maintaining continuous dialogue with change leader colleagues
• collaborating with the Employment Service to enable subsidized employment and internships
• collaborating with Adult Education on various assignments

The position also includes being a change leader for individuals seeking welfare support and who, for various reasons, cannot support themselves. Together with the individual, you work to create pathways to an independent life with self-sufficiency through work, studies, or other compensation. Through active interventions as well as motivational and change work, you create conditions for the individual to take the next step in their development journey. The work consists of motivational and guiding interventions both individually and in groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an academic degree such as a social worker, behavioral scientist - educational focus, or another academic degree that the employer deems relevant for the position.

We want you to have at least 1 year of experience in similar work, and it is considered an advantage if you have experience with contacts in the private sector. You have the ability to create good relationships, understand the employer's need for labor, and see opportunities for labor market and support clients, with or without government employment support.

It is also a requirement that you have a B driver's license and driving experience.

• a systematic, methodical, and reliable working method, and as a person, you find it easy to focus on the client's needs and achieve good customer satisfaction.

You are used to giving presentations, lectures, and training and adapting these to the needs and feedback of the target audience.
