We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant for a 50% consulting assignment at an industry-related company located in Hofors. This assignment is suitable for you who want to work part-time and have solid experience in financial administration within the business system Monitor.

About the assignment In the role of Accounting Assistant, you will work broadly within financial administration and support the business in daily financial tasks. The work takes place locally in Hofors, and therefore the assignment requires physical presence. Examples of tasks

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Invoicing and payment flows
• Reconciliations
• Support during monthly closing
• Work in the business system Monitor

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience as an accounting assistant
• Has practical and documented experience with the business system Monitor (requirement)
• Is meticulous, structured, and self-driven
• Enjoys working in a business-related role
• Has the ability to work 50% on-site in Hofors
