Our offices operate based on the local conditions of each location, either by independent entrepreneurs who are co-owners of the local business or by engaged site managers, who together with their employees develop the local business. The group currently has 9 operating companies. The payroll and finance function is managed by the office in Kristianstad, but otherwise, we try to have as decentralized an organization as possible. Wikan Personal follows the local market, which means that the different offices focus on the locally strong industries. We place great emphasis on our staff, their well-being, and development. The doors to the first two Wikan offices opened in May 2011 and were located in Kristianstad and Tomelilla. The business expanded rapidly, and with good references and customer relationships, we are now also present in Skellefteå, Lund, Bollnäs, Alfta, Ljusdal, Söderhamn, Stockholm, Eksjö, Vetlanda, Eslöv, Karlskrona, Kalmar, Trelleborg, and Hässleholm.

Your Responsibilities

Along with colleagues in the group, you will continue to build our establishment in Hälsingland, based out of the office in Bollnäs. As a Consultant Manager, you will have a broad area of responsibility with many varying tasks. You will work closely with your colleagues on tasks such as customer outreach, recruitment, staffing, requirement profiling, personnel responsibility, and more.

Your Background/Your Qualities

The position requires a high level of understanding of our customers' operations and needs. You should have a strong drive to create lasting relationships between companies and individuals.

We see this work as your next step in your career, and you should be able to demonstrate several years of successful sales in B2B. We believe that the right candidate has worked in the staffing and recruitment industry and has experience in what it means to lead a business. We wish for you to have a good economic understanding and a strong business drive. Most importantly, however, is the ability to combine personnel management, including sales, and the execution of your own assignments. This means that you must be prepared to handle all parts of the assignment: sales - analyze needs - search/find candidates - interview - present - follow up, etc.

You have a post-secondary education and master Swedish in speech and writing at a very good level.
