ERP Management Manager

About the role

As the ERP Management Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management and further development of Granitor's ERP system from a business perspective. You will lead the management organization that is organized within Granitor Electro. You prioritize changes and improvements and ensure that the system best supports our business processes and goals, even within the group.

The role involves close collaboration with the business, including finance, production, and project operations, as well as a clear responsibility for supplier management, budget, and quality in deliveries.

The position is based in Borlänge, but there is also the possibility to work from one of our other locations such as Gävle, Sandviken, Stockholm, or Örebro.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and develop the management organization for the ERP system
• Be responsible for incident management, change management, releases, and updates
• Be the main contact for the business and capture requirements and needs
• Ensure that the ERP system supports business processes within finance, production, and projects
• Be responsible for budget, cost tracking, and license management related to ERP
• Procure, manage, and follow up suppliers and consultants, including contracts and SLAs
• Work with access management, documentation, and processes within system management
• Personnel responsibility for the internal ERP support (currently two employees)

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in leading the management and development of ERP systems and preferably has worked in installation, construction, or other project-oriented businesses. You have a good understanding of project management, time reporting, material handling, and financial tracking. You are used to working closely with the business and have a good understanding of business processes. You have knowledge of basic business economics and technical competence and understanding, for example, in database management (SQL). You have an education in business administration, IT, systems science, project management, or similar. As a person, you are structured, have good prioritization skills, and enjoy driving change initiatives. You are communicative and collaborate well with different parts of the organization.
