Do you want a meaningful part-time job where you help people find their way to work or studies? We are looking for part-time coaches to join our team in Norr and Dalarna, and we welcome both older job seekers and retirees who want to continue contributing with their experience and skills.

About the position

As a part-time coach for Rusta och Matcha, you will support job seekers on their path to self-sufficiency. You will work in a coaching and motivating manner to help participants find the right job or education.

Your tasks may include:

• Individual guidance and coaching
• Matching against jobs and education
• Contact with employers and network building
• Support in application processes and interview preparation

Working hours are planned according to needs and availability – a flexible role that suits you who want to work part-time, extra, or combine with retirement or other employment.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is good at building relationships and thrives in an environment where you can help others grow. You are social, flexible, and solution-oriented, and enjoy inspiring and motivating people.

Requirements

You need to meet at least one of the following options:

Option 1:

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
• At least two years of full-time work experience

Option 2:

• At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results
• At least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:
• Leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Desirable qualities and experiences

• Strong network within the local business community
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
• Ability to create and maintain relationships
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
• Good communication skills and coaching approach
• Digital competence and experience in holding online meetings
