In this role, you will take full responsibility for customer relationships and results by actively managing and developing your customers with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term profitable business. You will work with an existing customer base as well as grow the portfolio with new customers.

• Develop and have fun with competent and business-driven colleagues.

• Develop the business and your customer base with corporate customers in Gävle and Sandviken.

• Tailor solutions for our customers in close collaboration with the bank's specialists and be solution-focused.

• Drive prospecting and represent Swedbank in local networks and events.

• Solid experience in corporate business and lending to companies.

• Strong drive and ability to work in a structured, goal-oriented, and businesslike manner.

• High engagement and very good analytical skills.

• Be flexible, structured, and solution-focused.

• Ease in building relationships with both customers and colleagues and enjoy representing the bank externally.

• A relevant academic degree in economics, finance, or equivalent is preferred.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Swedsec Advisor License and mortgage license.

• Driver's license.
