Registrar at Lantmäteriet

Lantmäteriet is the authority that maps Sweden. Our tasks also include registering and securing ownership of all properties and managing their boundaries. We are now looking for someone with a strong commitment to society.

The joint operational area of the authority consists of supporting and governing units that assist Lantmäteriet's other operational areas. Here, you will help ensure that everyday operations run smoothly! With us, you will develop in an important societal function where your skills and engagement are our most valuable resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a registrar at Lantmäteriet, you will be part of a team led by a team leader. You will work across the authority and have daily contact with Lantmäteriet's various operations. There will also be contacts with external parties.

Registrars register and manage public documents, maintain the authority's administrative journal, support operations in registration issues related to the administrative journal, and conduct registration controls. System management and system administrative tasks are also included in the role. Conducting training within the work area, providing public documents, and other administrative tasks may occur.

The position is located in Gävle, but you will have the opportunity to work some time remotely, according to a schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who at least has a high school diploma and at least a few years of relevant experience as a registrar, administrator, case officer, or similar role within public operations where registration of public documents has been included. You have good knowledge of the principle of public access and also experience and good knowledge of handling confidential documents. For the position, it is required that you have good verbal and written communication skills and that you communicate fluently in Swedish. Furthermore, we expect your skills in the Office suite to be good.

We consider it an advantage if you have additional qualifications in a relevant area for the position, such as registrar training. It is also advantageous if you have good knowledge of Lantmäteriet's operations and processes, as the temporary position means that you are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the role where you work across the entire authority.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. The work as a registrar requires you to be meticulous, structured, and handle documents correctly. You have an easy time learning new work methods and using several different system supports simultaneously. To succeed in the position, you need to be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others. You thrive and function well in team-based work and are attentive, considerate, clear, and flexible. You are solution-oriented and open to change. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and an unpretentious team player who works for the best of the entire authority.

The position is security classified, which means you must be a Swedish citizen and that a security review with an associated security interview will be conducted in connection with employment.
